In 1969, Yogi Bhajan founded the Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization. Since then we have grown from a collection of se way we will grow in our identity as the 3HO Community. As people of service, we serve humanity, by sharing the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.

There are over three hundred 3HO Centers in 39 countries on 6 continents, including the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, Russia, Australia, South Africa and countries in Europe, South America and Southeast Asia. These centers focus on teaching Kundalini Yoga and meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, PhD, the founder of 3HO Foundation and its Director of Education since its inception.

Our 3HO Yoga Centers offer extensive classes in healing arts, holistic lifestyle, stress release, nutrition, dietary, family and personal counseling. They also serve by providing holistic health treatments, including a wide range of personal care products, health supplements, books, tapes and videos to help practitioners lead healthy and holistic lives.
