The Civil Association for Equality and Justice (ACIJ) is a nonpartisan and nonprofit organization, acting as a place where citizens can participate, generating proposals, training and converge their enthusiasm to build a more just and equitable society.

Founded in early 2002 by a group of youths committed to the development of the country, strengthening of institutions, respect for the Constitution and law enforcement, and at the same time, worried about social inequality, corruption and lack of transparency that affect our democracy.

In the short life that we have as an institution, our work in the country has achieved a tangible impact and measurable. We hope in the next few years become an exemplary institution recognized locally and internationally for his contributions to the community, through its democratic principles and, more importantly, their capacity for action.
