Founder and Chairman of AFRODAD, a pan-African research and advocacy organisation that works to identify sustainable policy solutions to the African debt crisis. He is is currently Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Policy Studies in Lusaka, Zambia. His career spans 30 years in the field of development.

Rev David Ugolor
Works with ECONDAD and the current Africa President of ANEEJ and responsible for coordinating the Stolen Wealth Campaign for the return of stolen resources to Africa, as a follow up to one of the key issues coming out of UN Financing for Development process. He is a University professor as well as the coordinator of the Social Development Network ((SODNET)in Nairobi, Kenya. He is deeply involved in a number of civil society initiatives including the World and African Social Forum.
