Consultive Council :
Observes executing the strategic and annual plans of the center and applying the principle system and accrediting the general budget annually.

Scientific Council :
Which meets periodically to ovserve executing the plans and to advise in how to carry them out, also observes the performances at the board.

Administration Council :
Manages the daily work of the center according to the instructions of both scientific and consultive councils and executes annual plans.

The Committees :
Execute the annual and strategic plans of the center and carries out in course programs in the center, they are 6 committees.
