Enduring the tradition of the Macedonian Youth movements, the Youth Council of Macedonia - MSM is an organization in which youth associations join voluntarily and collectively for the purpose of cooperation and representation or common interests before the public, government authorities and in the frames of other international youth associations.
Youth Council of Macedonia is non-governmental, nonprofit and autonomous structure where youth organizations are gathering on voluntarily basis.
Various youth associations are united on a general basis of youth interest promotion in the frames of elementary accomplishments. The basis of cooperation in MSM is a complete respect of the independence of its member organizations and their mutual respects regardless their political, regional an d philosophic differences.
The Youth Council of Macedonia functions on the principles of democratic organizing and represents a contractual point for its members and way of presentation and realization of accordant attitudes. The issues that require common consent (consensus) and those that require different activities in MSM are regulated by special acts.
Being an organization without authentic rights and members, MSM welcomes every association and organization that express interest for cooperation and readiness to accept the Declaration, Program and the Statute of MSM.
