Mechanism of Operation

CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS: Those who suffer from emotional, mental, or physical disabilities, which constrain them from carrying out their normal activities and responsibilities in the same way as their peers of the same age, social or economic background.

STREET CHILDREN: girls and boys below 18 years of age who spend all or most of their time on the street and have no sustained contact with their households and thus lack protection, supervision and guidance.

CHILD LABOR: Children who continually participate in the labor force in a regular basis under the legal internationally recognized age to provide for their own and/or family maintenance.

DISPLACED & REFUGEE CHILDREN: Those who have been displaced from their home lands due to conflicts, wars, insecurity, national disasters or severe economic conditions.

ORPHANS: Those who lost at least one of their parents and those of unknown parents.
