The Organization was founded in 1969 and granted a registration number in 19/08/1969. It was also granted the public utility status in 24/06/1978. 

Objectives:
The goals of the Association are planned to achieve:
• Well organized family: that can balance its situations with its capabilities.
• Raising awareness and cultivating people especially youth about birth and sex health issues.
• Supporting and empowering women and help them developing their life conditions especially rural women.
• Protecing the young generations and raisinng their awareness about the danger of the diseases that get transfered by sex or addiction.
• Putting the population isues under spots of the society.
