All Jordanian Women participate actively in the development process of Jordan based on gender equality and social justice.

WOCI is a Jordanian NGO committed to promoting adult women Literacy and numeracy as a basic human right in the context of development.

WOCI strives to organize women and build their capacity to enable them to defend their rights and interests and to upgrade their economic, social and political conditions.

WOCI works in the low income areas of Jordan and in the Palestinian refugees camps.  It provides literacy and numeracy classes, awareness raising services, and support activities such as councelling, vocational training and capacity building to individual women and to women’s community based organizations.
