Organization’s program activities:

? The ‘Legal Consultation and Advocacy’ Program, to provide NGOs with legal awareness and consultation and to defend Civil Society Organizations(CSOs)/NGOs rights;
?  The ‘New Initiative for Leadership in Egypt, NILE’, to build capacities of business and NGOs leaders, and create mechanisms and bodies for effective collaboration between them to be able to work effectively with local communities to address priority needs/problems;
? The ‘In Search of Excellence’ Annual Corporate Award Program that establishes a base for collaboration between national and international corporations working in Egypt and NGOs, so that NGOs can have a sustainable source of funding and the corporations can satisfy their ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ in a tangible measurable way; and
? The Donors and NGOs Consultation and Technical Support Program that provides consultations, training, technical assistance and resources (data/information and systems/tools). Some of our former and present clients are: The Business Development Services Support Project/BDSSP (funded by the Canadian International Development Agency, CIDA), The Participatory Development Project/PDP (funded by the Canadian International Development Agency, CIDA), the ‘Children at Risk’ Program implemented by GTZ and the National Council of Childhood and Motherhood/NCCM (funded by the European Union), and the Regional Office of the Middle East Partnership Initiative (US State Department).
