Head of orgt: Her Royal Highness Princess Sarvath El-Hassan
Excutive Committee:  a ten-member voluntary (female)committee elected every 3 years. Their duties are to fund raise, execute general policy and oversee work carried out by employed staff. 
Genaral Committee: 65 ladies. The are a support comittee who help in social and fund raising activities. They elect and can be elected.
Board of Trustees: 10 voluntary members (male and female)  from different specialization. They offer advice and help in drawing general policies.
Staff: YMWA has offered job opportunities to more than 100 employees who carry out the work in its 4 main educational institutions.
