We have professional staff in the field administrative & organizational and technical support to the diversely experiences & courses Training & implemented programmers from regional & International organizations

Weaknesses:
1-Limited funding, but not a rare
2-Reliance on foreign funding by 50%

Opportunities:
1- Good reputation & Good relations with many organizations, local, regional, and international alliances and networking
(National, Regional, International)
2-Have the recommendations from the funders of our programs

Threats:
1-Administrative and financial corruption in government Sector is an obstacle to the implementation of capacity-building programs Staff governmental
2-Affects us the market price rises to annual budget due to higher rental rates our office and increase cash disbursement
