The Association was established in year 1959 with publicity no.166 and then it was republished in year 1966 based on the law 32 for year 1964 with publicity no. 209 for the year 2002 and in all fields including Family right, opening new school and faculty, senior citizen''''s home.

In year 1979 the Association had gained shield social superiority, excellence prize from level one and honored in all fields from syndicate, local university " Mansoura University", banks and Companies. Association management able approximately 6 courses helping on raising the association and then it will cover the trade deficit in the state.
