Through its credit system, the AEP aims to:

-Prevent pauperism of small project holders.

-Enhance their insertion in the national economic cycle.

-Create new jobs.

-Promote solidarity between the different categories of the civil society.

The AEP gives access to undertaking economic initiatives and make it possible for persons who are excluded from it to initiate them to the loan system through its project follow up and adequate free training until the accomplishment of their project.
