General Assembly of  78 members that has a yearly meeting to discuss the administrative and financial report . the assembly is also to draw general policy of the association and to accredit the budget  .
Administrative committee : 11 members elected by the general assembly every 3 years . that committee is to take the decisions to execute programs and to assign the channels of expenditure and to agrees accepting aids and donations.
Executive Office :
15 persons selected by the administrative committee upon suggestion of the general director to follow up the daily work according to projects and programs
Groups :
active youth from regions and refugee camps and its membership is open for anyone that wants to volunteer with the center and to contribute in any of its activities.
