The UNFT is present in all areas of Tunisia with 28 regional branches, 761 local sections, women''s youth groups and 13 professional alliances. These bodies provide a focus for women from all walks of live.

The direction includes :

Executive Board :

Fifteen executive members
Meet regularly on a weekly basis
Implement decisions taken at grass-roots level
Coordination of the various activities of the union
Central Committee :

Eighty members
Meet four times a year
Responsible for examining the UNFT’s action programs as well as any other mater submitted to it by the executive board
