Board

The TRN Board is a formal sub-committee of the IRG and is selected by the IRG members themselves, from both within and outside the IRG member list. This group talks regularly through conference calls to review TRN projects and provide support and guidance to the ICC staff. The Board is responsible for TRN’s activities, employees and its budget by: hiring and firing staff, overseeing the ICC’s activities, and formally approving the budget and the financial report from the previous year. They work through e-mail and regular conference calls to maintain open communications between IRG and ICC.
