The Institutions objectives are mainly focused on the production of TV programs for radio and TV stations of the member states including:

First: Revival of the Arab & Islamic history and highlighting the ideals of the Islamic religion.

Second: Revival of the Gulf heritage, specifically traditions by recording them in documentary films.

Third: Improving the production quality and technical standards of TV programs.

Fourth: Discovering young talents in the different fields of arts, literature and sciences.
