Rotary Helen Keller Talking Book Library provides public access to Educational Materials in Audio Cassette format for the Visually Impaired Persons as Talking Books in order to facilitate greater integration of the Visually Impaired Persons into the mainstream of Social Life as Empowered Persons with Special abilities.
The Project is open to all Visually Impaired Persons on a Membership Basis for availing the facilities of the Talking Book Library. Visually Impaired Persons should submit a Membership Form attaching the Disability Certificate Issued by the Competent and Authorized Signatory.
