ASPAC-NGO is composed of 4 parts as follow:-
1 ) ASPAC-NGO Committee (the Committee)comprising all categories of members.
2 ) The International ASPAC-NGO Management Board (the Board) duly elected by the Committee.
3 ) Office of the ASPAC-NGO (the Office) headed by Executive Director. The Office and Executive Director shall be appointed by Chairman of the Board.
4 ) National Advisory Board shall consist of local members appointed by Chairman of the Board. Number of members of the National Advisory Board deems necessary according to needs.
