The objectives of the Centre are:

a) Facilitate communication within a multi-partisan political and civil society platform that will include individuals, non-governmental organisations and political parties with similar objectives;

b) Cultivate awareness, appreciation and understanding of civil, socio-economic and political perspectives, realities and alternatives; and

c) Foster a sense of duty to participate in the nation''s political process and civil society.
