Four SOS Children’s Villages in Lebanon
SOS Children’s Village- Bhersaf- El Metn
Founded in 1969
 SOS Family Houses, 1 administrative building, SOS mothers’ retirement house
Built on an area of 16,000 square meters, it is the home for 106 SOS Children.
 SOS Children’s Village- Sferai- South Lebanon
Founded in 1981
 SOS Family Houses, 1 administrative building.
 SOS mothers’ retirement house, 1 SOS Kindergarten.
Built on an area of 20,000 square meters, it is the home for 90 SOS children.
SOS Children’s Village- Kfarhay- North Lebanon
Founded in 1995
 SOS Family House, 1 administrative building,
 SOS mothers’ retirement house, 1 SOS Kindergarten
Built on an area of 29,000 square meters, it is the home for 99 SOS Children.
SOS Children’s Village- Ksarnaba- Bekaa’
Opened in 2005
8 SOS Family House, 1 administrative building,
1 SOS Aunts’ house
1 SOS Kindergarten and 1 SOS Community Development Center serving approximately 40.000 neighboring inhabitants.
Built on an area of 16,000 square meters.
In the SOS Children’s Villages, babies and children are initially admitted up to the age of about 10 years. At the age of 15, SOS teenagers move to the SOS Youth Houses for boys or SOS Youth Houses for girls.

SOS Generation
SOS Children’s Villages take care of SOS Youth during their progress towards self-reliance and an independent life. The smooth integration of SOS Youth into adult life indicates that the SOS idea and educational concept are the best setting for orphaned and abandoned children.
