All human rights activists within the human rights movement: within human rights organizations or working independently, being volunteers or working in paid jobs, also all workers on the Arab NGO centers, organizations and unions working in the human rights field, in addition to the members of boards of directors, council, and advisory bodies, lie within our scope of attention and are approached by our defense and support mechanisms:
Urgent Action: to document the violations against the activists and publicize on a wide range and to press the concerned authorities to stop the violations.
Publicizing: the work of the activists through media coverage, to publish books and leaflets that can form the vocal points of the activists, which in turn enable them to express their concerns, problems, and aspirations.
Issuing Reports: and quarterlies which are the vocal points of the activists in a way that can help them express their ideas and suggestions in the field as well as sharing their information and experience.
Modernization: of communication facilities to ensure speedy and direct contact between the Arab activists.
Introducing: modern means in the field of documentation and information handling to cater for the needs of the activists to build a strong base of information concerning the activists, e.g. researches, cases of violations against the activists and information about the human rights organizations.
Organizing: Symposiums, Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, and discussion circles that discuss concerns of the activists and the daily problems facing them.
Establish a library: equipped with books, documentaries, magazines, reports, and training material, as well as audio-visual resources about and for the human rights activists which can support and enhance their capacities.
Training of Trainers: which on the long run can pour into the Arab human rights movement a pool of resource persons capable of disseminating the human rights knowledge in a professional way.

Creating new mechanisms for the protection of the human rights activists in the Arab world.
-Documenting information about the activists, violations committed against them in the course of their activities, their experience, their experience and ways to benefit from them.
-Enhancing and cementing the relationship between the activists and create new mechanisms of communication between them.
-To create independent forum of discussion about the needs and the problems of the activists.
-To enhance and develop programs of training theoretically and practically in different field of work and thus produce to the Arab human rights movement a pool of human rights trainers and resource persons.
-To create programs for developing and modernizing ways of research, field investigation, reporting and documenting human rights violations in accordance with the international agreements and conventions.
