Silatech’s mission is to connect young people ages 18-30 with employment and enterprise opportunities. Its approach is to mobilise interest, investments, knowledge, resources and action to drive large-scale, comprehensive youth employment and development initiatives.

Silatech’s mission is to connect young people to enterprise and employment opportunities.  To do this, it will support a unique and comprehensive strategy that includes job linkages and placements, state of the art contact centers, an internet portal, mobile technology and other technologies as well as market-related training, access to business development services and capital for aspiring entrepreneurs, and job attachments such as internships and apprenticeships.
