The scientific activities in the domain of the Nabataeans civilization
First: The scientific exhibition:
Bait alnabat has organized 12 exhibitions during the periods 2000-2005 that aim at publicizing the results of the archeological excavations, exhibitions on the archeological sites or it aims at spreading information about Alanbat civilization and Jordan ancient history.
-The nomadic life exhibition south of Jordan between the present and the past (in cooperation with the Jordananian embassy
-Um aljmal town exhibition (in cooperation with the Al albait university)
-Petra and orient exhibition (the artist Doc. Eyed Almasry )
-Athroh archeological exhibition. (In cooperation with the Al- ashari municipality)
-Nabataeans new sculpture exhibition.
-Folklore exhibition in Petra territory
- Exhibition of Western explorers visiting Petra.
- Exhibition of the American excavations in Petra (in cooperation with Akwar Center)
- Exhibition of the evolution of the Arabic script from the Nabateanism to Arabic
- Exhibition of visions from Petra 1
- Exhibition of visions from Petra 2
- Exhibition of new excavations results in Petra
2nd: The issue of the calendar (historical Jordan)
6. Bearing significant information about the history of Jordan and its antiquities, a 14-page - calendar, size (50 x70) which is considered to be a reference document was first issued for the year 2002. It contains information about the archeological sites in the governorates of the Kingdome, selective scripts about history of Jordan and the importance of its civilization and selective scripts about Alanbat civilization.
8 thousand copies were distributed for free.
7. A 16-page Jordan historical calendar, size (50x70) for the year 2006 of 170 archeological sites with maps made especially for this purpose was issued. It advertises the ruins of Jordan and some selective articles about the civilization of the Nabataeans abroad. 6000 copies were distributed for free.
Heritage architecture Seminar
This conference is organized in cooperation with Bait Alanbat and the engineers union (the architectural branch( between 7-10Aug. 2006)
This conference aimed at offering knowledgeable and scientific vision about the Arabian and local heritage architectural engineering .This vision touches on the heritage and the important archeological sites , the modern techniques relevant to the study of architecture and the best mechanism to preserve these sites.
This conference also sheds light on Petra city as a unique national architectural symbol of the heritage architecture in Jordan.

Seminar objectives
This seminar endeavors to achieve the followings:
1. Identifying the status of the ruins site, its national value and its specialty.
2. Identifying Petra natural history and geological structure
3. Identifying the sources of threats of the natural sites regarding the geological, fractural, climatic, botanical aspects and the environmental dimensions.
4. Identifying the natives'' role in preserving the site, the role of the public orientation and awareness in consolidating the positive values of the site.
5. Reviewing the plans and programs of refurbishing and managing the sites implemented by the concerned authorities and the scientific institutions.

It was organized by Hashemite university where Bait Alanbat was organized during the third and the fourth day of the conference 12-18 Aug.2002.
