Legal Unit:
This unit is aimed to:
•Offering legal Assistance and consultation to individuals and associations.
•Following up violation victims cases in the courts.
•Preparing serious legal studies and researches to spread out legal culture.
•Following up Palestinian legislation movement and preparing legal critical studies about the issued legislation, and that one which is still a draft law.

Field Research Unit:
It is running by trained researchers whom are assigned to field researches aiming at observing and documenting Palestinian human rights violation. This unit reports and publishes statistics. The unit is processed in two parallel ways:
A- Observe and document the Israeli violations of Palestinian human rights.
B- Observe and document violations of Palestinian Authority against Palestinian civilian rights.

Training and Culturing Unit:
This unit aims at:
-Holding workshops, and seminars aiming at increasing awareness of democracy and human rights concepts and highlighting the gravest cases that concern civilians.
-Organizing training courses to various Palestinian sectors aiming at increasing awareness and achieving their rights.

Children and Women Unit:
Children and women are very important sectors.  Therefore, the center established this unit which is concerned with child and woman human rights according to the international conventions and accords.  This unit endeavors to raise the Palestinian legislation aiming at increasing liberty of child and woman rights.  This unit also, presents cultural and social consultations to children and women violence victims.

The legal library:
A legal library is available in the center presents legal reference to researchers and those who are concerned with this field.  A variety of international and local books are available in the library.

Publications:
The center issued continuous and periodic statistics and reports regarding Palestinian human rights.  In addition, it publishes legal studies, researches, and specialized legal magazine.
