STRUCTURE OF THE ATM
Central Level
Composition and responsibilities of the Executive office :
Besides the President, the Executive Office of the ATM is composed of 8 members elected by the General Congress for a term of five years renewable three times, including :
President : As a responsible 1st, the President coordinates and provides management, implementation and monitoring of programs and social activities, administrative and financial implications of the association.
The president has the opportunity to appoint some members of the steering committee, according to their skills and taking into account the specific needs of the association she chairs the weekly meetings of the steering committee of the association. She may delegate some of its powers to the vice-presidents for the interim and assist in the implementation and monitoring of the activities of the association.
The 1st Vice-President : She/(He) is the President of the ATM and does his duties by his delegation, and more specific responsibilities assigned to it, including international relations.
The 2nd Vice-President : She/(He) is the President of the ATM and does his duties by his delegation, and more specific responsibilities assigned to it, including legal affairs and social
La 3ème Vice-présidente : She/(He) is the President of the ATM and does his duties by his delegation, and more specific responsibilities assigned to it, including reproductive health and family studies and research
General Secretary : Secretary General assured the administration of the association, "It provides correspondence, prepares minutes of meetings and manage mail.
The Deputy General Secretary : General-Secretary assists the General Secretary in his post
Treasurer : The Treasurer is responsible for collecting donations, monitors the financial management of the association. It establishes receipts justifying the expenditure planned by the executive board, included the state of resources in the assets of the association, and keeps the budget balance of the year, to achieve the financial report of ''Association. The receipt of money is established against part of a receipt signed by the president and treasurer.
Assistant Treasurer : The Treasurer assists the Assistant Treasurer in office.
Coordinator : Responsible for coordination between the ATM and public enterprises, organizations of civil society and private schools. The coordinator is responsible for public relations.
The prerogatives of the Executive office
The Executive is responsible for implementation and monitoring of the Statute of ATM and the establishment of its rules of procedure.
The Executive is required to implement Articles 7 and 8 of the Statute of the ATM in accordance with Article 9 of the Law on Associations.
The Executive is expected to be granted membership of honor of ATM.
Members of the Executive Board are required to ensure a permanent weekly according to their specialties, in addition to attending the weekly meeting of the "open door".
The Executive responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities and programs of the Association.
The Executive Board may delegate a "special responsibility" to one of its members, provided that this decision was taken at the 2 / 3 majority of officers, whether signed by two members including the President and included in the book report on the agenda.
The Executive Committee meets once a month at least, for taking major decisions.
Decisions are taken by majority vote.
In the event of a tie, that of President shall be decisive.

The Executive may at the request of 2 / 3 of its members, cause an extraordinary meeting
The Regional and Local
Creation of regional committees :
Regional committees are installed in the governorates of the republic
The Office of the Regional Executive shall be elected at a regional congress every four years, taking into account provisions on the status of the ATM.
The Chairman of the Regional Committee is chosen by members of the Executive Regional
The installation of regional committees is under the patronage of Mr Governor, local authorities and the President of the Tunisian Association of Mothers accompanied by members of the Central Executive Bureau.
Activity of Regional Committees :
The activities of regional committees identified by the specificities of each region, respecting the objectives, principles, values and action plan of the Association.
Each Regional Committee is invited to submit its report moral and financial report in the National Council held annually in the month of January.
