Our Values

 We have determined our role in providing valid contributions for the creation, not destruction, of the Yemeni culture as we work towards development.
 The primary expression of the society originates from its nature to offer lively and unique projects in order to meet the needs of educated girls in conjunction with their desires. We welcome ideas and initiatives from individuals and society.
 Society leaders work with a team spirit to create an encouraging work environment that includes volunteers as we jointly work together to help improve the desired capabilities of the girl. We also join together with urban social organizations and establishments who have different styles of implementing our shared developmental goals. 
Partnership with society
 We believe that with the society and girls specifically, a partner strategy strengthens our role, puts into effect our programs, and improves our resources.
 We aim in all of our plans and programs and place confidence in our projects and courses to send forth a high standard of performance into all of our teams and services.

Our Strategic Plans
Prepare lessons and research concerning the matters of the educated and cultured girl.
 Incorporate young men into social development.
 Support the society and modify the direction and current value of its role in development.
 Develop the society’s programs and projects in response to the needs of the girl and the demands of the job market.
 Aid and cooperate with government companies and organizations and non-government organizations who are involved in inside and outside development for the study and benefit taken from new factors in this field.
 Impact the role of the friends in specific projects and advance their part in social development.
