Our aids reached 50 countries in all over the world.
18 million beneficials , they are ( needy, poor , orphans ,and old people )
2600 of charity, human and developing projects helped to soothe and reduce the poverty and the need around the world.

20 governmental and secondary and vocational school and 500 educational centers were built in all over the world.
More than 10 of kindergartens and 15 governmental and secondary school and 415 educational centers were built in all over the world.
The (HAI) is responsible of 31000 orphan , and the (HAI) provide them with food , drink , suitable house , education and medical care.
30 hospitals and one clinic and more than 40 movable clinics in the disaster areas , and more than 100 medical convoys providing medical cares and free checking for poor and needy patients.
The (HAI) participated in 230 medical campaign provide the poor and the needy with medical cares and services .
100 thousands ton of food stuff were distributed as a help for poor and needy.
