Development and Funraising Committee
Objective:
Identify, recruit, orient and engage new INJAZ board members, and ensure financial resources are secured to achieve strategic short and long term funding goals (focusing on sustainability)

Operations Committee
Objective:
Ensure performance goals are met, students and volunteers targets are achieved, operations run efficiently and effectively with focus on improving quality of delivery.

Curricula Development and Training Committee
Objective:
Develop the organization’s strategic curriculum goals and provide oversight on the evaluation of progress.

Brand Effectiveness Committee
Objective: 
Help advance INJAZ brand through effective marketing and communication strategies and enhance INJAZ image and awareness in the community.

Investment, Finance and Audit Committee
Objective: 
Review and make recommendations to board for acceptance of INJAZ'' independent financial audit and maximize the return on Investment for INJAZ.
