Mechanism of the social development in RMF is as follows :

- Literacy campaigns for working children
- Vocational orientation
- Organization of extra-curricular activities such as field trips, sports, etc.
- Awareness sessions on children legal rights, occupational hazards of children, etc.

- Literacy campaigns
- Vocational Training: hairdressing, make-up, sewing, ceramics…

- Milk collection system: milk is bought from farmers at a 20% higher price than the market
- Dairy industry: our “Marj” products are processed from fresh milk we collect from farmers
- Pilot Animal Farm “Granja” for training farmers and university students
