The Emirates Foundation is led by a Board of Directors representing areas throughout the UAE. The Board of Directors maintains broad responsibility for the Foundation''s operations including, but not limited to, oversight of assets and the endowment, approval of Foundation budgets, and appointment and review of senior management. There are currently eight members of the Board of Directors. These include:

Their collective expertise in the Foundation''s core areas of interest enables them to serve in an advisory capacity and provide specialized counsel to the Board of Directors and Foundation staff as it relates to programmatic objectives and general policy.
