Background:
The Forum is a non governmental, non profit organization, with a vision  towards “Egypt’s economic Development”. Established in 1998, the Forum seeks- through its hosting and organizing of general and specialized business and economic events in Egypt and abroad- to comprehensively focus on Egyptian macro-economic policy (as opposed to specific sectors) thereby enhancing Egypt’s economy as a whole and its ability to competitively integrate in the global economy. The Forum also initiates business and economic dialogue and strategic alliances with countries and economies where mutually beneficial economic and business relations can be developed. Acting as a catalyst and developing many different mechanisms to work both in Egypt and internationally to meet its vision, the Forum’s many diversified initiatives and activities have required it an international quality and flavor which allows it to access business potentials wherever they may be.
Mission:
A group of prominent Egyptian business people have come together to ensure that this momentum is maintained. Together they have formed “Egypt’s International Economic Forum”. The Forum’s mission is to be :
