Saving youth association was created in 2000. It  is a local Non-Governmental organization which acts in the North East of Algeria, where people are in a real need for developpement in many fields.

Objectives :
- Social, cultural, economic and scientific developpement.
- Targeting and giving  priority to young people that are disadvantaged and with less opportunities to benefit from our services.
