Membership
 
Participants may belong to the Union under three categories:
A – Active Member
B – Associate Member
C – Observing Member

Active Members: Arab establishments which undertake responsibility of generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy.

Associate Members: Establishments and professional organizations working in one of the Electricity industry fields, and carry out similar activities but do not fulfill the conditions specified in item (2) above.

Observing Members: International organizations and associations approved by the Board of Directors and performing tasks related to the activities of the Union.
