ABOUT US
The Sudan-Reach Women''s Foundation was formed in 2004 as a response to the abject condition of women in the war and poverty stricken communities of Sudan. It was formed by a small but dynamic group of Sudanese and American women whose goal is to involve all women in the healing process of Sudan''s war-ravaged communities by allowing them to band together in support of small-scale projects and solutions for women in Sudan.
Our recent initiatives include programs that foster women''s education, support orphanages around the country, promote self-sufficiency, and offer small grants to Sudanese women. We also hold annual events and activities in the United States.
Sudan-Reach does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, disability, national origin, political affiliation or religious belief.
Sudan-Reach operates under the fiscal sponsorship of the International Humanities Center, a registered, nonprofit public charity exempt from federal income tax under Section 501[c](3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
All donations to Sudan-Reach are tax-deductible.
