Foreign chamber of commerce (Berlin, turkey, Ukraine, India among other chamber of commerce) foreign embassies, in promoting IUDI and the development of Iraq.

Participation in The (5th) International Exhibition of Rebuilding Iraq

The Union (IUDI) has participated through Ramita Company in the 5th International exhibition of rebuilding Iraq that was held in the Jordanian capital Amman between (5-8th of May 2008),where we announced the establishment of our Commercial Marketing Center (CMC) , and promoting the Union .

Dr. Hilal Al Baiyty presented the main objectives of  the Union, and expressed its gratitude to Jordan for hosting this activity, and to all those who supported and participated in the project of The Commercial Marketing Center.

 Business Seminar

This business seminar was held on the 8th of May in the Jordanian Capital Amman and was attended by foreign officials , business leaders , foreign companies where we introduced the CMC and it’s purpose , vision , goals , structure .

A certificates of appreciation were handed to the committee from the union (IUDI) for their supportive role in the CMC .

 Visits

A group of businessmen from Ramita Company had a business trip to United Kingdom and met with the British Arab Chamber of Commerce as well as a number of companies'' representatives with whom the goals of the Commercial Marketing Centre were discussed and how to participate in it as well. Ramita Company''s representatives also made earlier two similar visits; the first one to France where they met with French Arab Chamber of Commerce in Paris and the second one to Germany where they met with number of German companies. During both visits companies had been made aware of the goals of the Commercial Marketing Center to be inaugurated in Baghdad. During their visits to those countries, meeting those companies and businessmen, Ramita company''s representatives received a big welcome about the idea of establishing the Commercial Center.

Recently a group of business men from the Iraqi Union for Development and Investment, with representatives of Ramita Company had visited Turkey where they met with a group of Turkish Companies and business men during a business gathering, arranged in cooperation with the Iraqi-Turkish Business Committee at the Foreign Economic Relations Council, on 13/04/2009 held in Istanbul at the Turkish Bources & Commerces Union''s Building.During the above gathering Ramita Company''s Representative gave a thorough presentation on the Commercial Marketing Center''s goals and the Procedure on how to participate in it. The response of the attending companies was absoluetly positive due to many companies contacting Ramita Company expressing their interest in participating.
