MEMBERSHIP AND CONDITIONS

First: Every one in these items has the right in this internal system to be related to the association.

Second: The applicant submits to the association a request to the association director''s board enclosed with a commitment to abide by the association internal system and the director''s board must take this request into consideration during a week from submission date and the applicant will be notified with agreement or refusal.

Third: The director''s board is not compelled to clarify the reasons of refusal the membership of any applicant.

Fourth: The applicant must have public conditions like honesty, fairness and must have no ill past during all his service in Iraq.
