1.    Conducting various studies of civil and democratic society, as well as studies concerning laws to regulate the activities of Palestinian NGOs.

2.    Organizing various seminars, conferences, workshops, and regular meetings for NGOs whenever necessary in order to discuss topics such as democracy, civil society, and taking measures to strengthen advocacy and lobbying on certain issues,

3.    Developing a comprehensive system of providing information on various Palestinian NGOs, their goals, their activities, and their methods of operating. Making this information available to researchers and concerned people on local, Arab, and foreign levels.

4.    Issuing a periodical news bulletin as well as other publications in order to enhance dialogue and coordination among Palestinian NGOs, and to disseminate information on their activities.

5.    Developing other mechanisms in order to achieve the above mentioned goals.
