The Arab Institue for Human Rights is achieving its goals through:
1-Training programs that ensure the realisation and the follow up of actions in the field of Trainning and Education on human rights . 
2-The AIHR has a computerised system for the management and diffusion of documentation and information within internal and external users.
The AIHR ensures specialised training for NGOs in the field of treatment of documentation and information, use of Internet, mainly the creation and management of the website in the field of human rights. The AIHR offers also technical guidance for the management of information and documentation in the field of human rights .
3-It ensures also all the steps of preparation, organisation and follow up of conferences, workshops and the different scientific manifestations organised by the AIHR.
4- The AIHR is also responsible for the preparation and publication of the scientific review the « Arab Review for Human Rights ».
