Structure:
AmCham membership totals 258 members, of which 55% are Moroccan, 40% American, and 5% other nationalities. Members support AmCham operations through annual dues (DH 5 000 per year); the Chamber receives no governmental, outside financial support, or subsidies.
The Chamber is governed by an elected Board, comprised of the presidents of leading U.S. companies established in Morocco and of Moroccan companies doing business with the U.S.
The Chamber''s annual workload is accomplished through five standing committees with different focuses: Commerce and Industry, Corporate Social Responsibility, Education, Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), and Events.
AmCham Morocco has four full time staff that manages the day-to-day operations of the central office, coordinates events and publications, handles information requests, processes membership applications, and performs specialized research.
