Field Work:
Shaml hires a group of field researchers in different Palestinian refugee camps, in order to record live interviews with Palestinian refugees to Testify what they have witnessed and gone through, during the period of their evection and displacement to other countries. Shaml is also conducting a Poll to know refugees' opinions on several topics such as, Right of return, demographical absorption in Palestine, Services they receive in camps.

Academic:
Shaml print and publish the researches. In addition, it conducts lectures, seminars, and activities, trying to give a chance to the public to talk about Palestinian refugees' conflict.
