The International Organization for Peace, Care and Relief, follows with extreme concern and worry the distributing events going on in the Palestinian areas in terms of lamentable ovents against humanity by the complete isolation of Gaza Strip from the outside world, seen as flagrant violation to all international laws and conventions and depriving its population from food, medicine and cutting –off electric current, a fact that would require all the International Organization and NGO, to stand beside and support the people of Gaza Strip for protecting them against the inhumane practices .
The international Charters concerned with human rights especially the fourth Geneva Convention, regarding protection of lives of the civil population during armed conflicts, enjoin and require the occupation authorities not, to punish civilians or deprive them from their basic rights. Therefore, the actions taken by the occupation would tantamount to the degree of war crimes or crimes against humanity.
Hence, the International Organization for Peace, Care and Relief Calls upon the United Nations and all international organization to interfere in order to put an end to these practice, It also appeals to speedily opening the passage, restoring the electric current and allow entry of relief and aid and calls upon all the civil society institutions to undertake their humane role by providing the necessary aid as soon as possible.
