Management and Organization of ABP The ABP was initiated in 1998 under the umbrella of Birzeit University, currently its managed under the supervision of the Center for Continuing Education (CCE) of BZU as part of its development programs. CCE is a non for profit and a Non Governmental Organization, although it is one of the community service extension units of BZU, it operates independently in its planning, managerial and financial aspects. An independent unit has been established by the CCE to run the operations and manage the project in cooperation with local organizations at each target camp, those organizations are recognized as project partners, and they are: 1.The Youth Cultural Center at Jalazon Refugee Camp 2.The Public Committee Service for Noor Shams Refugee Camp 3.The Public Committee Service for Amari Refugee Camp 4.The Public Committee Service for Khanyounis Refugee Camp 5.Ibdaa' Cultural Center at Dheisheh Refugee Camp 6.Martyrs Linkup at Nuseirat Refugee Camp
