The General Assembly :
The general assembly supervises the artistic board in relation to general issues that affect the work of the organization. It assists in raising funds for the organization and in strengthening its standing in the social and political spheres, regionally and internationally. The general assembly develops and approves the mission and the goals of Al Mawred Al Thaqafy and elects its artistic board. It reviews and approves the annual budget of the organization starting from the end of the first year of operation.

The Artistic Board :
The artistic board is part of the general assembly that is elected by its members and assigned the responsibility of designing Al Mawred’s activities and supervising them.  The artistic board develops the general outline of the annual plan and suggests its implementation strategies.  The managing director and staff are responsible for preparing the final plan and implementing it. The artistic board also devises a 3-year strategic plan at the end of the first year of operation, identifying possible sources of funding.  The artistic board presents the annual budget to the General Assembly for approval.
