Programming for Youth Round One
During the summer of 2007, we started our first course of programming for children with 20 students, we were able to develop the syllabus for programming basics.
The course was given in Resala, Mohandseen branch.
The experience was successful. Both parents and the children were very satisfied with it.
Programming for Youth Round Two
During the summer of 2008, we started round two with 30 students at the age between 11 & 14 years. The experience was very successful. The round ended with a closing ceremony in the faculty of computer science to honor those kids, in the attendance of the dean of the college Dr/ Ali Fahmy. Parents were very satisfied & encouraged us to continue in our plan.
Programming for Youth Round Three
Having the credibility of providing this type of training the Faculty of Computers and Information Cairo University welcomed hosting this training in its Labs.
We provided this training for 30 students between the ages of 10 years and 14 years of a factor of Faculty of Computers and Information Cairo University, and was completed by the end of April 2009.
Programming for Youth Round Four
During the summer vacation 2009 we provided level 1 and 2 training for students in 5 areas in Egypt, Haram, Giza, Mohandeseen, Heliopolis and Helwan with cooperation with the faculty of computers and information - Cairo University and other non-profit organizations.
Programming for Youth Round Five
During the mid year vacation 2010 we provided level 1 and 2 training for students in 3 areas in Egypt, Haram, Heliopolis and El-Rehab. El-Rehab class was with the cooperation of another NGO called Janat Al-Radwan, we were a part of a full day activity performed by that NGO with students of age range 10-14 years old. We were responsible for the technology part in their program which included our P4Y course but on smaller scale.
