Mechanism of Operation
NPA Lebanon has been trying to move towards more partnership and towards NPA’s central strategy, but it will continue offering emergency aid for the marginalized excluded Palestinian refugees and poor unprivileged Lebanese.  NPA Lebanon restructured its work in Lebanon.  It combined projects into programs according to themes.

NPA will deal with the following programs:
1- Human Rights and Advocacy program including rights of women and children.
2- Young people and their right to participate program.
3- Disabled people and their right to participate program.
4- Emergency and relief in the field of health and environment Program.
5- Mine action program
6- Organizational development program
