One of the cornerstones of the organization is partnering with the other local NGOs as well as ‎international organizations for maximum impact in Gaza and the West Bank. PSCF works ‎with governments at all levels, with local organizations, with international funding agencies, ‎other non profit agencies, universities, individuals, forming cooperatives and partnership that ‎help to achieve its mission.
