The Association works on activating and achieving the latter :
1. Local Development: The local human capabilities by seizing the available chances, resources and infra structure with the least costs.
2. Local employment: Creating job opportunities adapt the identity of the local environment to find solutions for the present economic and social problems
3. Protecting the local natural resources: protecting forests, soil and water resources and saving energy by using it in the best way through developmental projects.

To realize its programs, the association follows a strategy :
1. Team work spirit: A method of collective work and flexibility that takes in consideration the local application and adaptation with the identity of the region especially resources and infra structure.
2.Gender: Dividing work and assigning missions equally between men and women and also emphasizing the specialty of  women.
