Mission & Goals :
EBF- Business Idea Award was initiated in 2005 by Entrepreneurs Business Forum Egypt with the support of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) to assist aspiring entrepreneurs to transform high-growth ideas into solid business plans. The Competition is held under the auspices of H.E Dr. Yousef Boutros Ghali, Minister of Finance and H.E General Mohamed Abdel Salam El Mahgoub, Governor of Alexandria . EBF-Business Idea Award is also done in partnership with Alexandria University Faculties of Commerce and Engineering, and together with Egyptian Federation of Youth Led NGOs and other partners.
EBF Entrepreneurship Competition is designed to encourage Participants and researchers in the Egyptian community to act on their talent, ideas and energy to produce tomorrow''s leading firms. This competition is designed to get you thinking and moving towards realizing your dreams.
Through seminars, trainings, templates and the mentorship program, EBF will help you transform your idea into a solid plan for growth!
EBF develops the event, with one original goals of the competition in mind: To support aspiring entrepreneurs in their entrepreneurial endeavors to create real businesses, to encourage commercialization of promising ideas emerging from Egyptian youth and research centers.
