- Data collection on/and training of national networks for project development.
- Co-financing of events jointly organized with other institutions
- Co-financing of projects proposed by the national network members through call for proposals. 
- Events or initiatives directly organized. 
- Projects labelling and awards for journalists, artists, women and youth
